Honestly, FC25 in all aspects is the most horrendous version I have played. I have tried every part of the game and its just so bad. For £80+ I'd expect at least as good as FC24 but as it stands, probably the worst game on playstation at the moment.
I pretty much know the answer but are you able to get a refund based on poor quality gaming?
EA has a link that you have to click to see if you qualify for a refund, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that they will decide that you don't qualify.
