Fc25 unresolved performance problems

I made a complaint earlier and nothing has been resolved the gamepaly is awful tackle is slow shoulder challenge is completly not working just played against a weaker opponent my players attributes was better my players never sprinted in the game at all passing was sloppy and often not going in the intended direction my players could not head the ball looks like they wasn't even jumping at all im conceding goals now from every opponents header my players are not heading the ball at all not to defend and attack or from goal kicks my players are  not heading the ball period doesn't matter how many times I press the button to header it is not happening players movements are so slow they are literally so slow like.snails even slower players of mine all have high strength in game they are so weak opponent just touches my player and they are down gamepaly issues are so bad with fc 25 and nobody at EA is helping resolve the issue
