FC26 - Are you going to get it?

Stamina will no longer matter for controlled players. So whatever player has the ball will be able to dribble and shoot as if they are on full stamina. So people will be able to jam it to mbappe all game and do step over and speed boosts without any stamina penalty. 

RadioShaqs​ As long as defenders with the same speed stats are able to catch a dribbling attacker that should be OK but if they continue with the same crap that's in FC25 (like an attacker using controlled sprint while dribbling is faster than a defender at full sprint without the ball) it's going to suck!

I like how EA_Vendcera​ was quick to post the video but hasn't responded to any of our questions or concerns 

Dribbling pace and ping pong passing has all been doubled. I doubt that defenders are going to be able to keep up with it. On top of that they are nerfing all the defense in arcade gameplay. Besides allowing defenders that you control. If you control a defender it looks like you might be able to make a tackle next year if you can ever catch the attacker. 

I think if it's going to be like that then I won't be getting it. The only way I would get it would be if they have really improved career mode 

Offline looks amazing. The video basically says do you like playing the beautiful game then offline captures all of it like real life.  Why wouldn’t you do that for online?

I really don’t get the push for arcade online. But if people want to spam skill moves do speed boosts have no stamina and no defense just have two defenders modes. 

I think it all plays into the "gamey" feel they want for ultimate team, the pack opening, the arcade gameplay, the stupid kits, it's like an online casino, all flashy lights and stuff.

I remember playing nba jam on the snes as a kid, fc in it's current state is like same game gameplay wise..

People just want the gameplay to be responsive! i personally don’t give a hoot if it’s realistic or arcade or people are running round like avengers, I just want the game to be responsive and not riddled with input delay! basic as it comes and EA still can’t deliver. FC25 is STILL unplayable smh 

I'm done playing FC25, played 3 hours of career mode and none of the games played or achieved match objectives counted towards the weekly player career FUT objective. If they can't even get this stuff to work correctly 10 months after release I don't have much hope for FC26 being any better.

I've been looking at the new trailers and youtube vids of guys that played '26 already, and I must say that it looks good. On the other hand: goal keepers that actually catch balls, one time passing, intelligent attacking runs, ball shielding, two tab shots, no weird bounce backs, ... didn't we have these things already in previous editions? Sounds to me like they have re-invented hot water.

"We made a game that, when you press a button, it will now do what you want it to do".  "This new game has less bugs!"

Ehm... Congratulations?

Two things I noticed in the last trailer that I watched:

• There was hardly anything about whether they handled the awfully bad defense. Even more: if attackers will now make more intelligent runs and will not lose their stamina throughout the game, I'm really concerned on how this will translate into the actual gameplay when defenders are still as bad as they are now.
• It looks like they keep on the same path regarding the tactical setup. Which means less customizing than how it was before '25. I'm ok with assigning roles to players and stuff, but you also need to be able to move players in a formation a bit around. Also: when your formation, roles, and settings are all set to the most defensive position possible, but your last line is still somewhere around the midfield line, leaving half the pitch open for attackers to run into, there is clearly something wrong with how it is built now

FC26 will be exactly the same as FC25 regardless of all this nonsense hype! EA themselves have said the game engine can’t handle the animations, guess what, they still have the same engine for 26! 

the servers are absolutely cooked, they’re hopeless. all these gameplay clips at the moment for 26 got everybody excited but there’s like 12 people using the servers. wait till release when there’s millions of people back on the servers the game will be slow and heavy & riddled with input delay like FC25 is! how many times has the player base been promised new better changes for the next instalment of fifa and every time it’s actually been worse!! 

FC24 was rubbish & FC25 has been the worst fifa I’ve ever played. It’s the worst game I’ve ever played in my life. It’s the ONLY game I’ve ever played in my entire life where you literally can’t play the game it’s that broken.. COD have millions of people on their servers and I can load that up and play absolutely fine with no issues whatsoever!!! people can play fine on COD through their mobile hotspot, fifa is unplayable with 1000mbps download speeds the games absolutely finished
