I don’t think they always blame the connection sometimes it servers. I also think isps try to get rid of you by blaming ea. I think virgin media is the worst.   It took hundreds from here to call them to get them to fix the issue about a month ago. I really don’t know why isp won’t take responsibility. 

But you are right they should make the game more realistic right now it’s all high scoring arcade gameplay. I think making offense manual would go a long way. 

Funny you saying about virgin media i have virgin media there giganet package i had them out yesterday to replace the box and i had them replace the cable from there green box to the house.And 2 weeks ago i had them out to check the connection everything seems fine from virgin media side i even brought a gaming router because i thought there hub 5 was falling over what annoys me the most its only this game that causes me grief i cannot work it out to be honest.

Radioshaqs I've seen you on numerous forums mentioning ISPs not taking blame for poor internet connections, but this this not an ISP issue, and I'm sure you are are aware of that. 

I've mentioned in other forums, if my ISP allows me to ping at 4-14ms with live sport in 4K, how is a console and pc game ping in game at 30-34ms, and that fluctuates. 

This morning it dropped to a persistent 28-29ms I game yet the game felt slow and delayed to a point where at times input was not registered, my player just kept moving and not releasing the ball. 

This has seriously become a game relabled at Excuse FC, zero accountability for failed attempts to improve every edition it releases. Blame the consumer instead of owning up to the mess it created. 

yes I'm having same problem right now players wont release ball and controls wont register why cant this company get the basics correct first like stable server connections that would be a good start.

I don’t have delay so seems like it’s an isp issue. People said the same thing until virgin media finally owned up to it and fixed it. If you both have virgin media it’s no wonder they try to blame ea instead of taking responsibility. It’s just like the other thread.
