FUT Club deleted after 3 day ban

Hi, 

I have been banned by EA on 21/November/2024

which is not a problem since I didn’t do anything wrong, ban by itself got overturned 3 days later so everything is was loooking great. 

but there is one thing when I tried to log onto my fut account after I got banned there was nothing there, club was completely deleted, I have put around 1000£ into that account and had players/*/evos worth close to 8,5milion coins.

2 months of playing, and money has gone to *.

So what I did I opened couple of cases so that we could resolve that issue.

all I want is to get my fifa points/coins back to my new club I will get the players I want.

I will never get my unique evos back now, I have missed 2 promos set to miss 3rd because I don’t know what’s gonna happen to my account, I’m not playing from the beginning, after I spend close to 1000£. I feel like EA stole money from me.

All I want is to get this resolved, either I want money back from all purchases I can send receipts

because all transactions were made through steam or give me coins/fifa points that will compensate the content that I lost and also compensation for all the content that I wasn’t able to participate in due to false ban, I paid for the game for god sake and wasn’t able to play it and now it’s not worth playing since my new account might get deleted to get my old one back and still problem will persist.

Please EA I have been playing fifa since fifa 2000, I have never been banned before don’t make this my last game from your company.

im hoping we can resolve this as soon as possible, 2nd week is passing since my initial false ban
