Game says I lost but I won

Won a uefa champs game in manager career mode 11-10 in penalties. I then go to the standings and it says I lost 10-8. I have the recording of me scoring the 11th pen. Now I’ll probably get fired. Sick of EA making awful games every year

    Happen the same with me bro. In my case, It was 10 - 9. Later, It became 10-7 for Barcelona against me. Thinking about quiting this game.
