Game turned into showcase mode after I left ultimate team

I was playing ultimate team when my ps4 said it couldnt verify my license for FC, so I exited out the game and went back in. But instead it was showcase mode and I'm trying to do everything but it's still in showcase mode, please help. I paid for the full game and I want my progress back on ultimate team.
