Permanent ban
On July 29, I was banned for no reason. According to the comments, many players were unbanned on the same day. However, I still have the ban, and the support team is not responding. Based on the comments, there are still a significant number of players who have not had their bans removed.

I got a ban, I use PS5, and I’ve had this account since 2022 with no history of banning or warning, I have no idea why I’m banned. I have 2 cases already with these numbers (#217509325, #217483474) with “waiting on studio” status (I don’t understand what does this mean), I get emails that customer experience is working on my case, probably automated, yet I want to know for how long ! I wish I could communicate with a normal customer support not automated machine to guide me if i’m hacked for example, however I changed password recently! This game means a lot to many people — not just adults, but also kids and teens. They care. And when the game doesn't work and no one from EA listens, it creates real pain. Hey EA team, I’ve been grinding FUT 25 for months, and honestly, I’m really disappointed. My friends keep packing top meta FUTTIES and event cards left and right, while I barely get anything usable. It’s been the same story all year — my pack luck has been awful, and it feels like I’m falling behind just because of bad RNG. I’m seriously thinking: why should I even consider buying FC 26 when FC 25 felt this unfair? I’ve lost so many games, coins, and motivation because I’m stuck with mid cards while others have squads full of monsters. I love the game, but this really killed the fun for me. EA, I’ve seriously had enough.I quit this game a while ago because of the cheaters — now I came back, and guess what? Still 90% of games on PC are full of slider hacks, speed boosts, insane custom mods. It’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to play fair and win. Unless you cheat, you’re just wasting your time.Is EA even trying? Or are y’all selling the cheats yourselves? Hell, the cheat devs already made sliders for FC26 and figured out how to hide their platform – so even disabling crossplay does NOTHING.Cheaters are literally working harder than EA.
