I don’t see what’s wrong with asking for a video to help diagnose what’s going on? Why wouldn’t he want to post a video so he can fix his issue?
But I don’t work for ea so you don’t have to take my word for it. Thats why I told him he should respond to ea when they posted in his thread before asking for more info. Rather than do that he just keeps opening a new thread. Which is fine but if he wants an official answer from someone qualified that would be the easiest option.
Thats why I said with a video someone in the community could help him too like you could comment on the video. Although you are not qualified either so maybe he doesn’t want your help either I don’t know.
Ea also just posted in another thread saying they don’t see delay on their end and if everyone isn’t experiencing it then it’s not on eas end. So he can always post in there and get someone qualified to help him fix it from ea. At least he can fix it though which is good news that it’s not on eas end.
