Gameplay is such a mess!!
I've been playing this game since 1994 and for the past 4 years around this time, it completely falls apart. The product cycle is ending, and it's clear the goal is to squeeze as much money as possible from store packs. I don't play online—I stick to Squad Battles—so I immediately notice AI adjustments.
Lately, the gameplay has become blatantly unfair:
* The ball consistently bounces in the CPU’s favor, especially on corners and defense.
* My players feel sluggish, like they're running in mud, while the CPU moves with unnatural agility.
* The last 10 minutes of matches turn into "God Mode" for the AI, making my team unresponsive.
* CPU tackles, passing, and dribbling feel superhuman, while my players react like turtles.
* Ridiculous penalty decisions—minor touches result in yellows and penalty shots, yet I get hacked with no calls.
* My players run into defenders instead of taking open paths, a “fixed” issue that mysteriously returned.
* Defense still catches up in unrealistic ways, even without high pressing tactics.
* Passing, even with elite players like Pirlo, is weak, slow, and inaccurate.
* Pack rewards are a joke—I’ve opened 200+ packs during TOTY without spending money and received nothing of value. All the good rewards are locked behind online play or overpriced packs.
* The CPU's composure and team press feel artificially boosted, paralyzing my players.
* Heading is practically nonexistent beyond a certain difficulty level, regardless of player stats.
It’s obvious we’re being lied to and manipulated. Any criticism is silenced, posts are deleted, and patches are rare and ineffective. The last three years of ratings should be a wake-up call—fans are fed up with your abusive marketing and broken gameplay.
This isn’t just frustrating—it’s stressful. So much so that it has affected my health. Enough is enough. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue exposing these issues online. Fix your game or lose your community.
