Gameplay issues still unresolved

Impossible to win the match with delay input and I can tell if opponent has delay input or not if we both have the same player and mine does not sprint and there player does its nothing to do with skill because even a bronze player without delay input is better than a special card that experiencing delay input so when you say skill to me the only way is when its astraight 50 50 chance
