yea I agree with you on that. and also these forums are FLOODED with so many gripes and complaints (not saying they're all useless) and I overwhelms whatever team is monitoring this forum

Sometimes they reply 4 months after the event. This game doesn’t even hide it’s terrible bot behavior anymore lol and the game has been around for years and years so it’s just a pile of bots that have nothing better to do with the games that they play and the fact they are just trying so much more fun than they are now and it’s not like the games that have to do it is a huge problem and it’s a big issue for me to be honest with you I don’t know how to deal with it but I know I have to do something to help you know how to do it and I know I have to do it and I’m not trying to be honest and I’m just saying that you have a little better things are going through this whole time but it’s not a problem I don’t care what you have a lot more to make sure that I just don’t know what to you don’t even have any problems I know I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ what to do it just don’t be mean and don’t say

If they wanted that, they could literally just pin threads. This forum is an absolute mess. I doubt they give a **bleep**.

Probably because you have to scroll halfway down the page to find it, past all the sections, so I don’t blame people for not finding it. It’s an awful design.

The code from the old forums was right there, surely a copy+paste job would have made this a lot easier.

That’s what I mean they are hard to find. Then you have to sift through hundreds of posts to find a post from ea. On the old forum you could just keep hitting next ea post under the ea users name. It was much more user friendly. 

I can't even find the main thread about the weekly play objective, what exactly did they do about it apart from tell us they are aware and then do nothing?

It would be nice if you could view ea posts like on the old answer forum. I think a lot go unnoticed. People have been spamming the board about objectives even though ea has been updating the main thread with what’s going on.

The same when the servers had issues. Then again they put up a banner that directs people to the thread where ea was explaining it and giving updates. People still missed it so not sure of how they can get the message out easier when they give updates on things.  I think the double threads lead to people thinking they are being ignored while not knowing there is a main thread about it usually.
