You both need to contact the terms of service team.
i have already contact the EA help and the case is on investigation. BUT the most worrying point is that in that email, there is a red box quoting :YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT HAVE ONLINE ACCESS TO ANY PAST, CURRENT, OR FUTURE EA SPORTS FC™ AND/OR EA SPORTS FIFA TITLES. i scare that my account is banned for the rest of my life
