Hacked account

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted.  I had that account since 2016 on Xbox The Xbox name is Blkcountyboy. The account at the bottom is not me and I can not access it can u delete or unlink the account that is connected so can start back playing ea games.
