In answer to your question as you can see from my other post here my account was hacked last Sunday with 1.3 million coins taken and three valuable players also removed.
I reported to E.A on Monday and to their credit they have investigated and credited my account with 1.9 million to cover the players taken as well as the coins.
This has restored my faith in their complaints system so thank you E.A .
