Regarding Transfer Market Message Inquiry

  Hello EA Support, I am receiving the following message in the Web App/Companion App: "Your account has not earned access to the Transfer Market on the Web or Companion app yet." My question is: Is it possible for this message to appear, and yet the Transfer Market never opens for the entire duration of the game? If so, why is the message not clear and stating that access will be permanently unavailable instead of leaving it vague? I would appreciate a direct clarification on this matter. Thank you.
