Hacked email

I am trying to login to my EA FC25 companion app and it seems my email has been changed to a 10mail.org, the account is still linked to my Xbox account but I can’t login or changed the email via Ea. How can I access anything when I can’t get onto the email???

    Hi TehRezahh

    It sounds like you've a compromised EA account. It'd be best to get in touch with our support team directly. They'll do their best to help you recover the EA account and update the EA account details like the email address. 

    To reach them, click on this link and scroll down to Still need help, and select Chat with us. You should then be able to fill in some information and submit it to start a live chat conversation with the live support team.

    Hi TehRezahh

    No, the only way to reach the support team is through the EA Help site. Were you able to open a live chat box after clicking on that link? Did you see a message pop up when opening the chat Icon? Just in case that's what happened, make sure to select keep waiting and do not close the page or the connection to the chat will be lost and the case closed as a result. The live chat conversations take place in real time, so it's important to stay on the page and not close it down, refresh the page, or leave it in order to connect through to an advisor for help.

    Hi TehRezahh,

    When you say you get nothing, do you mean you can submit the information and the chat page loads but it's taking some time? Or is there something else happening? If you can describe it in more detail, that may help.

    I can submit my details and then I wait for 30 minutes and get nothing, I put my email in and get no response aswell

    Again trying to get help but getting nothing back, 5th day in a row now with nothing

    Did you select Live Chat or email as the contact option?

    Email will take longer to respond to, whereas live chat is instantaneous; those conversations take place in real-time. If you go with live chat, you won't have to wait days to hear back.

    The link I shared below provides the live chat option. Use only that link for now to reach them.
