I don't understand why EA has no attitude towards hackers! Everyone complains about this but there is no solution. In a word EA you are useless!

Report them. Ea does ban waves all the time. Right now every other thread is about someone being banned. How many are rightfully or wrongly banned who knows.
Reporting will do **bleep** all. EA don't have the staff to review them, so it's down to functions parsing the complaint to know if it's valid, or not. That just leads to an absolute **bleep** show, which is why, even as you say, no one can know who's rightfully banned.
