Help please

Hello. I bought EA FC 25 at launch. From the very beginning, the game does not maintain a stable 60 fps, which makes the game unplayable. During gameplay, frames fluctuate between 52-60 fps, which irritates me terribly. Up to 48 fps in replays. I waited patiently and hoped that updating the game or graphics drivers would solve this problem. Even though more than 3 months have passed since the game's release, nothing has been fixed. I have an RTX 4070 graphics card and the previous edition 24 ran without any problems at 60 fps in 4K resolution. I even tried various guides available on YT and forums and unfortunately nothing helped. No matter what graphic settings and resolution I choose, it doesn't help. I spent over PLN 300 and I can't enjoy the game. Please help someone if they know the solution to this problem.
