Help with my case

Hi my account got hacked 1 week ago. My case is still "in progress... how long is this gonna take? I got an email saying suspicious activity was found on my account and ea has said nothing else. This is very frustrating, it took time to build up my coins and now  can't use them... I am at a disadvantage comparing to the rest of the players of the ea community. Can I please get some clarification on this.

  • There is only a beta help... and it doesn't help with anything.. how do I talk with a live agent?

    @mike17024, you can follow the instructions in the article to set up a new help ticket to contact EA Help Support again; once you get in touch with the team, you can ask for updates on your current case.
