Hourly SP Limit Reached: Missing 2500 SP

I just competed the 20th game playing with an Argentinian in the starting 11, but I received an ‘Hourly SP limit’ reached instead. As a result I am missing 2500 SP, meaning I am still level 30, rathe...

Please see the attached images showing the issue encountered and the affected objectives. As you can see, I should now be at 32,800 SP, but I am still at 30,300.
