How are some people already able to play and open packs with fifa points?

In YouTube there seems to be streamers already opening packs with FP and playing the game.

This seems a bit unfair because we are all competing in the same pool in transfer market. I recon they are able to make the best market moves in the beginning because of this.

EA i bought the ultimate edition, why am i not able to play and buy fifa points yet but some people are?

Everyone should be able to get the same headstart if they are willing to pay extra money like I did, its not right that some people get even more headstart.
