How come my series s doesn’t have enhanced visuals for eafc 25?

I’ve noticed that some people have better graphics in their game than I do, things like clothes visibly moving during gameplay for example is a big one that I see in other peoples gameplay videos, the clothes on players don’t move and look old gen on my gameplay tho.

How come my game on Fc 25 seems limited to a lower graphics mode without the enhanced visuals options? I’m still on next gen console Xbox series s so I don’t understand why I don’t have this option available to me? Am I going to need to upgrade to series x, ps5, pc to have these graphics options available to me? Any feedback on this matter would be appreciated because I can’t find the answer to this anywhere online so I’m forced to ask this question here
