How to get FC25
Is it a must to subscribe to the EA app membership to get the FC25 or just buying the game is enough?

These would be two separate options to play, you do not need both.
If you have EA Play Pro, you'd be able to access the game while your subscription remains active.
If you purchase the game directly, you don't need an EA Play/Pro membership to play.
