How to transfer FC Points from FC 24 to FC 25

All now now help from Rich EA…. No updates sent …. I saw no transfer message in the first place to transfer coins…. Why are they taking so long to respond … only God knows . EA just need to send and update to give us the option to transfer again .. damn it should be mandatory to have this option in the game as this is our money we spending on coins and in the past not able to transfer and loose  all those coins over the years and the one year EA try to do the right thing by allowing us to transfer our coins that we earned it doesn’t work no notice sent out advising there millions of users of this new option that doesn’t work…. EA it’s been over a week with  no response ….what’s going on ?if this is not resolved we Should do a EA strike!!!

Hi, I have the same problem. I have points in FC 24, but the transfer doesn’t work for me. When I try to reach out for help, there isn’t a button for online chat, and when I leave an email, I don’t receive a response. What can I do?
