I’m unable to shoot or pass on EAFC25 new gen Xbox

this happened out of nowhere, I am currently unable to shoot the ball or pass it in any game mode my players only passes the ball using “a” a normal pass on Xbox , I do not understand why my player is just dribbling the ball instead of passing it when I click the buttons …its frustrating I do not know how to fix it

The games been broken since October and its getting worst, Ea have big big problems now

My proplem just started today on ut dunno what to do does it mean I’m banned but when I come off ut kick off works fine and that and career works
