I mistakenly bought fifa points to wrong fifa, 24 instead of 25. Can some1 of you staff answer my cases or just transfer the points. the pop up "do you want to transfer your fifa points from old fifa to new one" doesnt come up anymore so dont give me that tip, heard it 3 times now.

So I’ve accidentally bought EA 24 points from CD keys and I’ve redeemed them thinking it was EA 25 but it has went on EA 24 is there anyway I can transfer them to the EA25 game so I’ve not wasted my money

I have the Same Problem. I had bought Points für EAFC24 oder PSN App and they come to Late, Afters Transfer Points to EAFC25. I have now 37.000 Points on EAFC 24 and Nobody Helps me to Transfer. I opened an Issue already Since 5 days, nothing happened…. Can someone contact me please
From past experience, I don’t think EA is going to do anything. They should really have it set up so that you can just easily move points at anytime since so many people accidentally buy the wrong points. It is really bad around the holidays when Target and other stores are actually selling points for the prior version and people are always buying gifts for kids or grand kids for the wrong version. Why are they even allowed to sell points for the old game when the new game is out. No one really wants points for the old game. EA either needs to stop selling points for old game when the new game is released or make it so you can transfer points at anytime and not just one time when you first load the new game.

I have accidently loaded up EA FC points to my EA 24 account instead of my FC 25 accoung. I have already transfered points in the past which now presents me from doing this again.
May I please receive support in transfering my FC points to FC25 or at least suggesting any other solution?
