I can't contact ea support.

Question

I am trying to contact EA support because I am facing some issues with FC 25, but nothing seems to allow me to send a ticket, email or live chat. I can't create a case either. It only shows me related articles and possible solutions. I can't find anywhere any option that allows me to communicate with someone. I have found many similar posts here but they are pretty old and the solutions don't work. What am I missing?

@BagnaSacary The forums are the best place to express your concerns. Try to provide as much information as possible and hopefully you get the help you're looking for.

@BagnaSacary It depends what your issue is. If you have been banned or hacked you would need to speak with the tos team. Some issues will redirect you here and others will give you chat.
