I can't link my ea account to my other PSN account

My PSN account that was currently linked to this EA account has been permanently banned and I have created a new PSN account and want my EA account on the new PSN account

Hi there. An EA account can only have one of each platform linked to it in its lifetime. So, since you already linked a PSN ID to your EA account, you cannot unlink it and link a different one. You'll need a new EA account to link your new PSN ID to.
