I cant sell players in my career mode
I accept offers but the deal is never happenning. I wonder thats because of my player count?Help me.

Hi, the transfer menu states that he rejected the offer because he could not reach an agreement with the team. However, everyone has this statement. I have no budget left, I cannot transfer anyone. I cannot sign new contracts with the people in my team. I think I have reached a dead end.
