I didnt recived my packs from doing objectives in fc 25

I didnt recived my packs from doing objectives(Twice as nice for Gold,Assist for Glod, Golden Wall) in fc 25    09.11.2024  (9 November 2025)

Also, I did the Ballon d'Or 4 OBJ SBC (the last SBC), but in OBg, it's uncompleted (why??).
