@Aidanwwc You have to reach out to the terms of service team which it sounds like you already have. If you have more appeals try again and add more detail. If you are out of appeals and there is nothing more to add the ban will probably stand.

If I'm right, I indeed have tried reaching out to the terms of service team, however my request status would always change from "NEW" to "RESOLVED". If I'm being real, this is my first time encountering such issues so I have no idea what information could I possibly provide them with other than them reviewing my gameplay because I don't record my gaming sessions. It makes me wonder what evidence are they looking for when they didn't considered the possibility that one might not record their gameplay.
