I got gold cards instead of 2 promo cards

I just got off a live chat with a ea member and they sent me here to report it I opened 15 81+ player picks 3 85+ player picks 4 83x10 and a jumbo premium player pack and got 0 promo cards but out of the player picks I got gold lobotka and gold trent Alexander Arnold even though they are both in the new fut birthday promo I opened all of this starting at 6 30 pm
