If you placed the order before the cut-off date and there was a problem with the transaction, I suggest contacting them to see if they can sort that out for you.
I got in contact with PlayStation and they said if there’s any way we can do special accommodations for my situation , they said since the window is closed I cannot do anything about it but if I contact Ea I should be able to receive the opportunity to do it. I am willing to pay full price for it but I just want the opportunity to purchase it and receive the pre order bonus items
