I have put a complaint in and it still hasn’t been dealt with

I was on my last game of ut champions and I had won the game but before it went on to the winning screen it disconnected me from the servers and when I went back on, it had been counted as a dnf. This meant my rewards were worse than what they would have been if I had won the game.

I have also noticed many other players having the same issue online and they have been compensated for this problem.
