I have redeemed my EaFC 25 beta code but it isn’t downloading

I have redeemed my code to my account but I can’t find the game?

    Hello, everyone. You can only redeem the code once. When this is done, the game is added to your library. Please google instructions to find your platform's game library. The beta will be available there. You also can try pushing the download to your console through the Xbox or PS app.

    I am now locking this thread as the question has been answered.

My son has redeemed his but says he clicked the pre order above the BETA selection and now it won’t let him go back as it says the code has been redeemed - does this mean he can’t get the BETA?

I’ve got a very upset 11 year old 😭😭
