I haven't received my division rivals rewards

• Platform: im on playstation 5
• PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Shark02442

I had gotten all 35 points for my div 5 rewards (check my system check my account all the proof is there) but I came on today and saw that I had no rewards to claim (also check that I haven't claimed any packs from my rewards as there Was none to claim) please resolve this problem as this is very irritating as I have just come back from work and I would like to open the rewards I worked hard to get. 

please fix this asap.
