I want a refund...

I've been playing this game series for 20 years. For the first time ever, I didn't buy this EA FC title right when it came out after years of releases of declining quality. But today I got tempted to buy it after seeing the 70% off discount on the PlayStation store. I am filled with deep regret I gave into that temptation. This is by far the worst game EA has ever made. As a matter of principle, I need a refund for the $21 I spent on this "game." I won't sleep right knowing that I've contributed even $1 to anything related to this game. If EA had any shame, they would pull this title from their site and any platform where it is currently available for download. EA, if you are reading this, you have a Great Game Guarantee and it doesn't appear to apply to purchases in the PlayStation store which makes no sense. Frankly, there should be a whole new category of guarantee for a game like this. I am willing to work with you on the refund policy. Please reach out to me to remedy this catastrophe.
