I was banned indefinitely because someone added me and insulted me and I did not

I don't know why I got banned? I can't get along with this EA. Someone added me and cursed my family values, i just said "that's why this mental retardation" and you dont know what is this mean in T...

We cannot assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I have already done it, but as usual, I will only receive automatic messages and no one will help. It's a shame to wait so long and not get any real support in such an important week for the game.

  Unfortunately, our Advisors cannot help with a ban so contacting support in the usual manner is not the way to go.
  
  If your ban appeal was denied and you do not have new or additional info regarding your case, appealing again may not get you unbanned.
