Icon/Hero Pack Compensation Missing

I opened 2 with ea fc points when it said 86+ icon minimum and haven't been given mine either. False advertising and not helping is crazy. I contacted via chat and they said they advanced it. Seeing so many with the same issue and then so many be compensated is crazy. A multi billion dollar company can't get away with this when peoples real life money is used. I payed for a product I did not receive.
