I spoke to someone from ea help. And at least he was honest. Hé said they are probably not going to compensate anyone anymore..
Damn, I would appreciate the honesty but we cannot let this stand. Some of us paid real money for these packs and EA have compensated others so we deserve it too! Since they set precedent of compensation we would have strong legal grounds to pursue this if necessary.
