This goes to everyone: I spoke to EA Help Chat again. IF you didnt receive any compensation it is basically 99.9% chance you will NEVER receive it. The system that detects users who should get compensation is fully automated. If you were overlooked, thats it. EA doesnt care anymore after that. Remember this the next time you think about buying FP.
