Omdat er in de beschrijving stond dat je een icon kreeg. Dus het klopt niet.
Ah yes, you spoke English this whole time and now have extremely formal Dutch. Why aren’t you on the Dutch version of EA help then? Cause if you speak Dutch fluent and have your game in Dutch, what makes English your primary in writing and now reading language?

Wist ik veel dat er een Nederlandse pagina was. Het maakt niet uit op welke pagina je het zet EA gaat er niets aan doen 🥲

That is true EA is trash. I personally don’t think anyone whose IP is outside of Netherlands should be getting compensation, as it’s a clear exploit. Of course there will be outliers, but with people like natefutaccountant and all the people from twitter being clear negative attention. People were pissed about the amount of compensation that was given out last year due ti this exact problem along with the other market issues and Messi. I wouldn’t expect compensation since like I said the rivals community is still waiting a month for our rewards.
- 2 years ago@TheFeves @TheFeves This is not a covert exploit you are attempting to justify - it is blatant false advertising. Your so-called "legal background" seems questionable, so allow me to clarify. False advertising occurs when a company makes misleading claims about its product, deceiving consumers into believing they are receiving something they are not. In this instance, EA advertised an "Icon 86+" in the pack description. You are correct that the term "hero" was included in the title, but that word doesn't mean anything, it means just as much as whatever they call the pack, legally, what matters is whether the advertised claims are fulfilled. The advertisement promised an "Icon 86+" with no explicit information indicating that players would receive a hero. You are conflating two entirely different issues. An exploit refers to taking advantage of a flaw or loophole in a system, which is not the case here. An example of an exploit would be if there was a bug that let you buy every pack for free, or a bug that let you buy someone from the transfer market without spending coins. So you are conflating two entirely different issues.
Instead of presenting irrelevant points and misusing your so-called "legal expertise," focus on addressing the actual problem. I understand that you might be upset because you did not receive your rival's rewards, and that is a valid concern as well. But please, do not oppose simply because you are not directly involved. That's childish.
