Inequality in the game

1. I consider myself a good football player, but I was able to win only 2 times in a week, because for some reason I was immediately transferred to the 7th division. And they gave me players up to level 88, and the selection of opponents for me is from 95 and above, and all the stars
2. 2. I played FIFA 2024 before and everything was fine there, there was a good selection of players, almost coincided with the level and everything was in balance. But in 2025, this is not. I do not know what this is connected with.
3. 3. As I already wrote, I consider myself a good player, but still, when I play against other players, I see a significant difference in the behavior of the teams. My players stand and just follow the attacking team with their eyes. But when I attack, his players go crazy at me and try to take the ball. I understand that it also depends on the level of the players and on tactics, but for some reason you don't have the opportunity to go through normal training in the game on how to defend properly. I went through all the training in the game, but you still don't tell me how to properly set up the players for selection. Which in turn puts opponents in unequal positions.
   
   I can't find any information on how to make my players run around the field and not just look at the ball. Yes, sometimes they are active and take the ball. But the opponent's players go for an interception, run my player forward and intercept the pass. I will say it again - I understand that this also depends on the level of the players themselves, but how can I get good players when I am thrown at opponents who are many times higher than my level?
   
   Where can I find instructions on how to build tactics correctly? Even if I compare it with the game 2024, there was the same problem with the players. Even when I already had high-level players, they still did not move as well as the players of the team.
   
   When the opponent runs with the ball, my defender can't catch up with him, although I'm one level higher than him. Also, when I run with the ball, his defenders constantly catch up with me and take the ball away... how is that? Why does this happen in every match?
