Issues with an evo

I don’t know if you somebody has had this issue resolved by ea but basically my brother put Loftus Cheek in the Dab King evo while I was keeping it for another player. Now I’m going to be stuck with a player I don’t even want unless it’s possible for somebody at EA to reverse the evolution and give me my player back so I can put another player in it instead.

Has anybody had this problem before and if so did EA support help with the issue at all?
