Level 40 Firmino issue

I wanted to pick 87+x10 and i claimed the reward,expecting to get the choose my reward screen but surprise...Firmino was picked without my intention. Why it happened like this?At any other level you get to choose your reward but for this one no....Is there a way I can exchange Firmino for the pack?
