Liverpool Live ratings are too low (top of both champions and premier league)

Hey Fifa I am generally wondering how the team on top of both the premiere league and the champions league is rated lower than other teams, For example how are Liverpool midfielders, Konate, and Nunez ratings getting lower? They are dominating every game so far. Yes I understand this may not last the whole season but if your going to do live ratings then the team whose on top of every other team should be rated as such. Please explain how these ratings work and why Liverpool is still rated so low.
