Loans/transfers need work!

Hi there,

I pretty much only play on manager mode & I think it's massively improved this year to previous years. The scouting for youth scouting is great & expansive & the youth tournament is a good addition to & let's you test what the players actually play like. I often sign youth players & loan them out at times to improve them.

The one thing I don't quite understand is why when loaning a player, you can only see appearance  stats for your clubs league or the competitions your club is in & not everything including other leagues.

For instance I play as a championship club as I support them & have loaned a player to league 2 and another to Norway ect. I have no idea how many games they have or have not played for their clubs whilst being out on loan, all you can see is whether they are included on the team sheet for their club or are the best overall for their position. When you click onto "other leagues" why isn't their a sub menu where you can scroll onto the teams that are in that league & see the team stats? I don't think it would be too difficult to link that together  as they can link transfers to the in game audio commentary & post match interviews to the stats of the game ect. It would help get the best loan moves for your players as you can see if they play or not. It would be good if you could offer your players to teams/other clubs/whole leagues & then see if transfer interest materialises, both permanent transfers & loan moves. So for instance I could offer a youth player on loan to any League 2 clubs to see if any are interested in loaning my player.

I, too, always used to ask myself why it isn’t possible to see the match statistics of that young player we have loaned to another team for two years—out of the 46 games in the entire season, how many matches he has been able to play, and in those matches he has appeared, if he is a center-back or full-back, how many clean sheets he has kept; or if he is a forward or midfielder, how many goals and assists he has recorded.

Exactly, unless the player your loaning out is unbelievable, why would you loan a player that needs to play to a team in your own league with the knowledge that he most likely won't play. I get loan offers from premier league teams for championship players, it's unrealistic. Why wouldn't they just buy them? I can't believe the developers have put the effort into the youth academy & adding all the new nations ect & not thought about being able to see what they're doing when loaning them out.
