Locked transfer Market
I have been playing since 2017 and using the companion app and I have never received a ban email or anything. Yet it's been months and I still can't access the transfer market on the app. I checked my ban history and I have no ban history. Any recommendations?

Playing the game for months isn't the only factor to take into consideration to gain access to the Transfer market.
