Server down

Hi there. This normally means there's an issue with your home network equipment or ISP. Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes, then plug it back in and try again. It would also be good to restart the device you're playing on. If that's a console, hold in the power button until it turns off. Then turn it back on. If you're on a PC, just restart it.

i tried but doesnt work at all, it just not letting me connect to ea server. and i saw that not only me but also some people have the same issue.

As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not.

EA_Aljo​ this isn’t a one person, I’m certain you’ve seen the forums about PC players not being able to connect, what is being done to solve it?

yeh it does work when using my mobile hotspots

sometimes i can connect to the server with my wifi if i keep restarting the game but after i get in gamemode(like clubs ut) the game will say i lost connection. this situation keep happening, now its like when i get lucky then i can connect to it.

Thanks. That means the issue is with your home network or ISP since a completely different connection works. However, it sounds like you normally use a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
